AG Mohan, you're words are old and inspiring. What you say makes so much sense. I, and I alone, am responsible for my own health and happiness. So simple but true. It is a way of life that I must invite into all parts of my life. Thank you.

Thank you Mohanji! This talk comes at an appropriate time for me - I have a lot of stress from my own mental habits in reacting to certain situations. Mohanji's words remind me that I can alleviate this stress and very literally "change my mind". The question now is how! Difficult to do when I am stuck in my own mind! Thank you again :)

I found this talk very interesting, with suggestions for enhancing my own practice - on and off the mat. Thank you.

Wonderful talk, thank you A.G Mohan. My health and happiness is in my hands. My mental state was created by me, and it must be fixed by me also. I also enjoyed hearing your conversation about how yogic mindfulness needs to be practiced both on and off the mat. Mahsi Cho, Jenn

Brilliant!! Thanks a million for this wisdom & inspiring interview... I really hope there will be more in the future of this teacher that goes more deeply into the spiritual aspects of Yoga. I find nowadays in most Yoga classes that I attended (as well as Toga Teacher trainings that I researched) there is a primary focus on the ASANAS only, and the other two aspects of teaching about Pranayama, and meditation, as well as about Yogic Sutras and Wisdoms (like in the video), is unfortunately neglected!! For a long time, I have been searching for a Yoga teacher training & classes that are not only focused on soley Asanas, but on the full spectrum of what Yoga is all about... I hope you will put up more Yogic talks about the wisdoms and even the Sutras of Yoga- that describe them in more depth- linking them also to our daily modern livesstyles?! Many thanks Esther.. Blessings to you all & Thank you xx

I look forward to hearing more from A.G. Mohan this is the kind of teaching that I've been looking for and hearing it rather than reading about it makes it easier to understand in a lot of ways. Thanks for putting these Talks together for us!

This interview is so important for me. Especially the parts where A. G. Mohan explains the responsibility of everyone alone to use their own commen sense, logic and awareness of body to decide what to learn and practice. There is so little encouragement for independent mind out there. Thank you so much for creating the opportunity to watch this video for me. I am looking forward to learn more from all of you. Kindly, Ana
