Thanks for joining me Catherine, yes the blocks create a great support for the wrists, you know what else I have been using recently are cans of tinned food! this is a great discovery made by chance in my online classes when students don't have yoga blocks... I roll two cans into a towel and place them against the wall for the backbends... you might like to try!

Hi Tashi, This was great! I'm not quite strong enough in my arms to do Crow, a backbend, or a handstand. Do you have any recommendations for postures to help increase upper body strength so I can work up to doing this poses? Thank you, and have a great day! -Allyson

Hello Allyson, sorry I'm so late in my response! With regards to building strength, especially in the upper body, Im finding regularity and a 'less is more' approach is really effective. I can recommend my class called 'Ready for anything flow' or 'Whole body tone up', let me know how you go x
