Thank you Jennilee for this great class. I woke up this morning to very sad news regarding a friend of mine and I unconsciously tighten my jaw as towards the end of afternoon my jaw hurted. So to work on my hips in this class has helped undoing the tightness of my jaw. Isn't it great to have our yoga to help us cope with our lives. Namaste

Ahhhh, Jennilee, this is AWESOME!! I loved the juicy twist after the knees windshield wipe in the reverse table variation. It definitely gave me a "ah yeah" sensation! I've just started jogging again and this is the perfect floor sequence to balance and release my sore hips and legs! Happy New Year and lots of love and gratitude!!!

YES!!! I'm training for a 10k and have been adding running and lifting into my routines- I have such a love/hate relationship with jogging- big ole wizard's dual inside the head! You just gotta lace up and get out there!! Great opportunities for breath work and connecting with nature- and practicing with you afterward...MmmmMmmm life is GOOD!!!
