I lifted some heavy stuff last week and my wrists/lower forearms had been hurting with occasional sharp shooting pains. After doing the exercises in this video, much of the weakness and aches have diminished. It surprised me. Very pleased. Thanks a ton!

Great class! Feel like there is more space between my fingers and palm. Blood is definitely flooding to my hands!
