Mark takes you through a 15 minute session focusing on wrist mobility, incorporating fingers, forearms, shoulders and wrists. Good for its own sake but also an excellent preparation for body-weight conditioning and hand / arm balancing.

Hi Catherine! Thanks for reaching out. I would certainly advise seeking the opinion of a medical professional if you think you may have some issues with your wrist/thumb. But in my experience, light, gentle movement in any joint can only be helpful in keeping that area healthy. So I think your instinct is probably correct. Let me know how you get on.

hi Mark, thanks for this !! I have carpal tunnel syndrome on left wrist and unfortunately even down dog can be challenging. So this sequence was helpful. I wonder if you have any other suggestions for strengthening / circulation for wrists?? Many thanks.
