Join Jennilee in this wrist-friendly floor series. After warming up and stretching the wrists we will head into core strength poses on our forearms instead of our wrists. The class finishes with poses that will create space in the wrists while strengthening the back.

Thank you Jennilee for a great class. I started to feel pain in my elbow probably after too many chaturangas (quick transition with possible wrong alignment). I have already found your video with homework for perfect chaturanga, can't wait for the pain to let go and try it out! Until then I'm happy to find this restorative class! :) :) :) and I really love your energy! Definitely going to do more classes with you! :)
