In this short tutorial, Laia will show you how to practice Side plank (Vasisthasana). Vasisthasana is a great pose for building strength in the whole body. However, it also requires a lot of strength to perform the pose in the first place! With this in mind, Laia will offer several different variations to access the pose so that you can start to build your strength from there.

I'm solid in Vasisthansana but I'd love to progress to be able to raise my top leg while in the shape. Probably core strength & hip flexors? Would love any suggestions or a tutorial.
