Thanks Andrew! it was nice to explore that area, I'll try to do it once in a while to improve the lateral movements, they were tricky :)

Thank you! the lateral movements are a mystery for me for now ;-)) cleaning practice for me, each time I burp for at least 5 mns after that...sorry for the unpoetical details, just saying how effective I find it ;-) Namaste

Thank you for this wonderful practice, Andrew! It's great to combine the agnisar with nauli kriya!

I hope it is ok to practise the lateral movement not only with a bit of hip movement, but rather with a bit of belly dance. That is the only way how I get any lateral movement.

Thank you for he video, Andrew. Do you do the Jalandhara Bandha as well?
DIMITRA25.03.2016
Thank you; very challenging; I think that I will never manage to achieve the lateral movement. I also include to my practice breath of fire (kundalini yoga); does it have the same effects as agni sar, or are they totally different in the benefits they offer?
Andrew18.04.2016
Hi, the effects will be similar ☺

Andrew, would this practice be ok for someone like me who had a whipple procedure due to Ampullary cancer. They took a third of my pancreas, part of my duodenum, part of my bile duct and part of my small intestine. I took radiation and chemo. I have been clean margins now for almost 3 years but due experience extreme gut pain just from eating mostly organic foods.
Andrew17.07.2016
Hello Kerry, I would take things very gently to be begin with. Careful breaths and maybe just start with strong pelvic floor contractions instead of pumping your stomach. If you feel comfortable and confident after practicing like this for a while, maybe try some very light abdominal contractions and see how you go. Andrew

Hi Andrew! I'm having trouble moving the stomach outwards once it's sucked in. Am i doing something wrong or it it something that comes with time and practice? Thankyou for the video!
