Day after...I feel all the spots. When I was doing the class yesterday I thought "hmmmm, I could probably do a heavier weight because I don't think this will have much of an effect". hahahahahahaha! Nope.

I felt so weak this morning and did not want to think of weights but tried this session. And it made me feel much stronger. It was exactly right and felt Suka. Thank you Jennilee for serving us so nicely.

I've been out of yoga for a couple of weeks. Smart enough to know not to "plunge" back into power yoga with the Fibromyalgia. So I chose this class to gently flow back into my classes. Excellent instructions!! I was able to keep up with you except when curling the hands and wrist. Can't quite do that yet. Maybe with more time. This goes into my favorites!! Thank you Miss Jennilee!!
