A short yoga practice that gets right down to business. We start standing, opening our side bodies and moving into some Goddess pose work. We add standing poses including Prasarita Padottananasana, Triangle pose, intense side stretch and Skandasana, before slowly working our way to the floor for some seated poses and Bridge pose. A lot in a short time with a calm delivery. I felt great after the practice, I hope you do too.

Esther, Thank you so much for this practice. I woke up this morning feeling negative and lost. I was without energy or positivity. I was short on time, so I selected this one, and I am so lucky I did. There is something about the back bends and stretches you took us through that made the energy flow and some positivity start to flow in my mind as well. Much appreciated. Namaste.
