Kapalabhati is a great way to clear up all kinds of stagnations, and doesn't have to be strenuous or aggressive to be effective. We do a few movements to get ready and then build up from a slow to faster rhythm, feeling our lung capacity increase naturally.

Nice to - sort of feel you present - although my computer had and is having some difficulties, kept on pausing and making a plane flight sound - in between I heard you say: and take a breath :-) - it really had a clearing and nourishing effect. Namaste.

Just to make sure: am I supposed to have 20 exhales for 1 inhale (so be careful not to let any air in during the 20 exhales)? Or if some air comes in it doesn't matter? Thanks!

No, every time you exhale you can let the ai naturally come in. It is a passive inhalation and an active exhalation. Just by releasing your belly muscles the air will naturally flow in. Let me know if you still have questions. And thanks for clarifying.
