Short, gentle and sweet. A sequence to help open and relax the hips, shoulders, chest and back. You will feel like a new person after this short class with renewed energy to enjoy the rest of your day. We will finish with a short meditation. Props needed: block, bolster, belt.

This was very nice but the reclined stretch at the end with one leg bent behind did not work for me. My quadriceps are very tight, I couldn't get my leg down very far and my knees were not happy. Very relaxing otherwise though and nice meditation at the end.

I decided to try this class in the morning. I wake at 6am with my son, so by his 9.30am nap I often feel like a little unwinding/pick me up. Just perfect, Esther. The guidance throughout was lovely. Another class straight into the favourites. Thank you :)

I really enjoyed this video after a hard day at work. I really like how Esther reminds us to feel our body, feel our arms, or let the body settle. The mix of gentle, yet intense, stretches mixed with a short meditation at the end is just the ticket to decompressing. Thanks, Esther!
