I am very glad that I didn't let the Hanumasana intimidate me into not doing the class. Variations for the less flexible provided - watch out for them, especially on the second side. Excellent pace, good variation of poses, very enjoyable sequence. I didn't think that I would feel so stretched after such a short class. Thank you Mackenzie, looking forward to the next class.

I did this while transmitting through Schippol after a 13 hour flight. Lucky I was in a quiet area because I was groaning the whole time. It felt amazing. Thank you Mackenzie, thank you Ekhart yoga. Xxx
