Thanks, Noemi & Malin! Glad you're enjoying the videos. Malin - yes, Asian stores is where you'll most easily will find tempeh. It can be found in natural health food stores as well though. Hope you'll find it & enjoy this dish. Love, Irina

I am pitta and that looks good. It really makes me hungry. I never tried tempeh.. Havent seen it in my local store. (sweden) You think I can find it in an asian store?

Hi Irina, I cannot eat legumes, but I'm definitely mainly pitta dosha. Are there any alternatives to tempeh, temari & the beans? Thank you.

Thank you. I'll be trying this. X

In this specific recipe, you could decide to use some blanched almonds, sunflower seeds & pumkin seeds instead of the tempeh, some more salt instead of the tamari and a bit of alfalfa instead of the sprouted mung beans (if that's what you meant with 'the beans'). It would be a total different recipe and therefore will not taste the same, but it might be a nice adventure to figure out if it works. ;-) Good luck! x Irina

I've been suspecting for a while that I must be a pitta and this video seemed to confirm it: I can't stand spices, I love salads, mint, pak choy and I'm definitely a list queen, irritable and most of the other stuff. When you showed the noodle bowl at the end, I found it really appetising. Thank you for the info and for a great meal idea.

As you said don't be tempted to make a list I was doing exactly that...it made me snort lol. Thank you, nice video.
