Another day,another mountain, another season, another energy, really interesting!

Why did I see a particular place in austria? Why did I see my mother coming to me and not me? Why did I want to cry? Actually many emotions in a short time, I will repeat this meditation, probably rellacing mountain with sea or ocean. Thanks esther.

Esther, there's only one word: woaw !! This experience was amazing ! So powerful ! I saw Little Océane coming, and when she saw the adult I am now, taking good care of us, she felt reassured. Confident. And this reassurance and confidence are still within me. Thank you so much for this wonderful gift <3 I will definitely go there again, and again. I, too, felt tears coming on. Strange because mountains are usually my happy place.....but then I felt an overwhelming feeling of comfort. I will do this one again. Thank you Esther.

Esther, this was so great! It was just like the beginning of the poem Love After Love that was part of the first week of the Mindfulness course on this site posted just last week. Today, I did indeed greet myself arriving on the mountain. Like the other comments, it was emotional, but I think it was a joyful emotion and just like the poem said 'we smiled at the other's welcome'. Thank you!

Beautiful thank you Esther - just what I needed today - have been learning about open hearted friendliness (maitri) - this visualisation really allowed me to extend it to myself as well, something I struggle with , once again, thank you.
