Great sequence; very different and the teacher is obviously very knowledgeable. I found the amount of instructions a little overwhelming to be honest; was difficult to concentrate or release into the poses with so many words. Could be because I'm tired. But again, the sequence is lovely.

Marlene, I learned so much from this class! I am very flexible, but new to yoga so sometimes I feel like I come into the poses with less intentionality than I should-- focusing more on making the shape with my body than the process of breathing into getting there if that makes any sense. Your careful instructions really drew me in made me focus both mentally & physically. You have changed the way I will approach twists of all kinds in the future. I really look forward to trying your other classes and to coming back to this one too. Thank you.

I love the short technical sequences focusing on just one flow. Easy to incorporate into exhisting routine and not too long to be daunting. Brilliant instructions.
