Dear David, this made me cry. In a good for sure. It is just good to let things go and fill up the space with something more important. Singing together in a conversation is just so intense, it is very hard to describe what's going on, because words are not enough. First of all, because my English is maybe not enough to do this, but I wouldn't be able to do it in my mother tongue either. I am very grateful for the opportunity to chant with you lovely people and I hope that we can do this more often in the future. That is why like Ekhart yoga website, because everybody can find what they need. Namasté

I did this at work yesterday during my lunch break and the rest of the day went smooth and happy. So I have started my day with this mantra to continue the experiment :))
