The most fun and uplifting practice so far! I have done it now for three consecutive days and each time my balance is better and I manage to keep on longer. I intend to go on like this and hopefully after a couple of more days I'll be able to follow through. The image when I fly I get from the Spanish movie Mar adentro with Javier Bardem as a paralysed ex-diver who in his dreams flies over land and sea. Thank you Anat, I constantly watch out for your practices.

It's such a powerful flow and sooooo much fun! and you're absolutely right about the ego, it went on a holiday and left me smiling and enjoying:) I did the sequence 6 months ago, I was thrilled, marked it as a favorite and kept waiting for the "right" moment to do it again - what a silly thought - it's a treat anytime! thank you so much Anat!

I liked this. I love your down-to-earth way, Anat. I had to quit about 2/3 of the way through -- too much for me in the heat and just tentatively trying out yang practice again. But it was fun while it lasted! I was struck by how so many of the poses working up to the dragon look just like my physical therapy, just more interesting... I'll have to wait to see the damage, if any. :-) I really enjoyed it!

I've had to wait a couple of weeks due to toe injuries to do this class; I'm so glad to have practiced it today--lovely, fun, challenging and it made me smile (I laughed thinking that dogs don't care about their alignment!). Thank you for a wonderful class; I look forward to more with you.

I am still very much a beginner and not ready for level 2 classes but this looked so fun I had to try it! I got further than I expected but after the bent knee hanging in the air rounds had to fall to the floor and rest in savasana the rest of the class. :) I will be happy when I can do this whole class, it is definitely going to be one of my favorites.
