Jose, I'm so glad you've joined the Ekhart Yoga family! I absolutely loved this class. Your narration and instructions were perfect, and I felt very deeply relaxed and calm, but also that I was really worki in my hamstrings and lower back. I can't wait for more videos! Am hoping that you do one that works on the tension that builds up in the shoulders, neck and head.

Absolutely wonderful! I feel so relaxed after that. My hamstrings are very tight, so I need to practice relaxing them a lot more ;-) Fantastic soothing instruction. You have such a lovely calming voice! Thank you!

This was really wonderful class! The lenght of the poses is perfect, because you always need some time to adjust and get really into it and then relax deeply. Your calm talking through every pose and variation is great and doesn't disturb me, when i already find my pose. This was exactly what i needed and the combo of hamstrings and lower back is always good for me. Thank you very much! Namaste.

Dear Char, I have send you an email, but I don't know if you have received it. Therefore I place my answer here as well. Great you benefitted from this class. There are many variations to do for saddle pose. If you want to try the initial pose, try placing a pillow under your hips and then go back into saddle this might diminish the pressure on the knees. Also separating the knees might help. If this doesn't help then you can do one legged version or against the wall. Place a pillow under you right knee and the instep of the right foot against the wall. Left leg is bend like in Dragon. Rest your hands on your left thigh or knee. I hope this helps. Namaste Jose, thank you so much for this class. It was concise, calming and packed with variations for people with different levels of flexibility. Your detailed instructions were very encouraging and helpful. I'm looking forward to more classes from you! Would like to find out though, in the seated forward bends, even though there were no sharp pain, I did feel sort of vibration from my hamstrings to my toes and they were tingling. I hope that's quite normal? Thank you again.

You have such a calming voice. Combined with this practice I felt myself able to release my back muscles which seem to be chronically switched on; even on holidays. Thank you for a healing practice.

Thank you so much for your comments Jose. They worked. I used the wall version just as you deescribed. Felt this on the outside of my left thigh. I did one legged version with a square bolster just above my lower back with the right leg bent for the other side. Felt it on thhe inside of the right bent leg. This was such a beautiful calming practice. I echo what others have said about the clariity of your isntructions annd all the options you gave us. I have a question for you. I cannot do saddle pose as I have sharp pain in my left knee. Is there an alternative that would give attention to the same muscles that does not involve bending the knees? I can do one legged saddle pose with the foot turned out. Namaste and deepest gratitude to you for sharing your gifts with us
