Wow, thank you Katy, I haven't had the courage to do a headstand since I was a child. At 52, I managed to do it, my head is delighted and I am set to have a smile on my face for the rest of the day, namaste :-)

I had not done a headstand for over 4 decades! did not attempt them and this morning with a little help i lost the fear and manage with your superb guidance to put my feet on the wall. Little by little I am now confident I will achieve the full headstand without help and the wall. Thank you Katy!
