Get energised in 18 minutes! No mat necessary, just get moving wherever you are - in the office, at the bus stop, in the airport...but make sure you have some space to move! This sweet sequence includes breath, basic Warrior poses but no Downward-Facing Dogs. I teach a lot of yoga at the music festivals during the summer and we start our mornings this way. Enjoy!

I loved this class! How practical! I was able to do it between farm chores, without having to change my clothes or pull out my mat, yet still feeling as though I did a proper yoga class! Thank you, Afke! I will repeat this class often!

Thanks, Afke! That was really nice. I often have a sore wrist, so I'm always happy to see new wrist-friendly classes. I did it in the morning, which was lovely, but I must try it in my lunch break - I'm sure it'll loosen all the muscles after sitting behind the computer for hours.
