Jeff ends his program with a simple, guided, intuitive 30 minute meditation, dropping us deeply into a sense of who we are, as presence itself, the unchanging sense of profound rest at the heart of all experience; coming to see ourselves as a perfect expression of life. Through being mindful of the breath and body, and allowing sounds, thoughts, and physical sensations to appear and disappear, we come to know ourselves as the vast Ocean of presence in which all these waves of experience are allowed to come and go, rise and fall, arise and subside...

Thank you very much. I have felt deep peace within me, everytime I sat with you. There occured quite intense sensations, either a very old sadness, or a kind of very subtle unwinding of my head... And then again and again this deep silence by just sitting and feeling, how it is just to be. The openness of this meditation is a real big anker for me. Again, I am very thankful for this gift.
