Keep your eyes focused to keep your mind focused. We'll use an actual line (belt) in front of the mat for your eyes to follow, to learn to keep your eyes from wandering around and have a reference point to come back to. Feel the difference in your practice when you truly focus your eyes on a fixed line.

Thank you, Adela. I enjoyed that practice. Staying focused is something I struggle with. The belt was very helpful, and I will return to it in the future.
