Adela thank you for this video. Clear and well-paced instruction. I like how we built up to the standing bind.

I used my strap for the last poses. The way you build up the poses, makes it much easier and the body understand the pose. Thank you for this great class :)

Despite doddering about on one leg for the length of the mat trying to maintain balance in the last pose, I did enjoy this class and look forward to building up to a more focussed balanced and dignified mastery of it with your instructions. Thanks

Dear Adela, thank you for the nice class! I enjoyed it a lot feeling all the body twisting. My shoulders and upper back seem unlocked and legs feel stronger and me in general more stable. This is very energizing and balancing for me!

My real first active class with you, after just watching! ;) Thank you Adela, the full binding is not yet available to me but I felt my shoulders wanted to open more in the poses, like they needed it, so I'll make sure to pay attention to the area. Love the bulding up to a pose!
