In this session you will stretch and release tensions in the whole front part of your body including belly, hip flexors and quadriceps (the Stomach pathway). You will also stimulate your lower back and inner thighs (the latter being the Spleen pathway). Great session for runners and for people with digestive troubles.

Thank you for a relaxing, comprehensive class. Would it be possible to compile a shorter session (30-45 minutes) of the critical poses for when time is shorter?

Please add this to the Runners' Page. This is great for hip flexors--which is an issue for many runners, I expect. Thanks for this! Really enjoyed it. :)

Thank you for another magical class Jose. Your soothing voice and skillful explanations helped me keep my focus on letting go during some of the more intense sensations, and the feelings of peace and lightness I have in body and mind now that class is over is difficult to put into words. This is definitely a class I will be returning to and I am so grateful to you for putting it together!

¡Gracias José! That was an amazing class, I love it I saw it this morning before my run and I couldn't wait to see what you have prepared for this class. Just one thing I usually watch my classes through my tv but the video was stopping every 10 minutes and I went to my iPad and did the same might wanna have your IT guys have a look. Namasté!

Jose, I just did this class again after some time, to relieve some intense hip and sacral pain from over straining and carrying some heavy, awkward loads. I feel relief for the first time in a week! Thank you so much!!!

Hi José, I have done this practise now for the first time and I feel really good. Thanks a lot. I have a question for you. At the end of the video you suggest to drink after a chi flow stimulation. Could you give me more info on the reason? Thanks again :)

Dear Chiara, I suggest drinking water after a yin practice. This to enhance hydration and detoxification.
