This short series of eye exercises are here to bring long-lasting vision and relief to tired eyes. Great to do at the office or after a day of looking at screens and also as general maintenance for your eyesight. The series can be repeated daily and has the potential to help you see what is often hidden :-). The whole series is done in a chair and is great combined with any other class you wish to take before or after.

Hello Anna, Glad you enjoy this practice. Honestly, I do not have an informed answer for you! Sorry... If you can still do the exercises without the glasses and there are no negative effects (headache / dizzyness) then I assume yes, but check with an eye doctor of you are concerned.

Om When we teach this as part of our Integral Yoga Hatha sequence we typically instruct to remove the glasses. Thank you David for the wonderful practice.

Thank you David! I really meant to exercice my eyes so that s awesome! Almost the same effect on my digestive system as when practicing twists!! Funny bit : we can hardly see the feet of the chair on the video so you seem to levitate, which is great with your shirt! ? Thank you.

I am really surprised by how much like hard work it is to just move the eyes around! But your playful approach kept me motivated to persevere to the end. Thank you, I am sure it will be beneficial to do these exercises on a regular basis.

Loved it, only just found this class. You’re right 20/20 vision till I reached 40 then deterioration ? very frustrating But hey ho. I laughed out loud as I found myself going crossed-eyed ? regular daily eye practice is now added thank you ?

Hey cool! I taught this yesterday at a retreat on Crete... and most of us are over 40 so it had a nice effect too :-)
