Here you'll find some gentle detox advice and thoughts on lifestyle changes plus a complete yoga practice that'll enhance fertility, make your menstrual cycles smoother, or help you to find balance in menopause. This class combines information on cleansing, caring for yourself with love and a strong yet gentle practice with hip openers, twists and breathing exercises. If you're pregnant or menstruating, take it easy in this class and skip the breathing exercises and deep twists. Also, don't use castor oil when you're pregnant or menstruating.

Very useful information followed by a calm relaxing class, thank you. However, when I want to do it again, I may skip the first fifteen minutes and get down to the yoga straightaway, especially if I have only 45 minutes to spare. Actually, I think it may be useful if the first fifteen minutes were also made into a stand alone video as a kind of introduction.

Usually "detox" classes are done at a quick pace and full of twists, so this class surprised me...in a good way! It was much gentler than I was expecting, and I really enjoyed the breathing exercises. Thanks you Irina! Your classes are always so full of love.

And yes, I know, most detox classes are done at a quick pace and are full of twists, but I find a gentler approach highly effective as well. Especially for women, since most women tend to push themselves (way too hard) anyway. Much love, Irina
