The seventh chakra (Sahasrara) is the most subtle of all chakras and is sometimes difficult to feel. However, once you are able to connect to this centre, it is a very profound experience. It will help you transcend your experience as a human being and bring your awareness to the road to infinity.

Thank you for this class. I felt as if the brain breath was the most natural thing in the world - as if I should be breathing like this all the time. The soham mantra was also very powerful at the end. I felt as if I was giving up part of my ego to the universe and receiving beautiful gifts in return with each breath.

It was surprisingly easy to connect to the crown chakra during this practice today. I did not expect to because sometimes during the other chakra practices I couldn't focus so easily. Perhaps today was just the best day to do this. Thank you Marlene.x

The "brain breathing" helped me clear a low-grade headache. I really enjoyed focusing on my crown chakra, as I tend to always focus on the lower chakras. Thank you!

Thanks Rachael! And happy to hear it works for you! <3

Hi, this was a challenge for me, my thoughts wondered sometimes, but I did something right, because in the end I felt very calm. Thank you, love from your Corfufriend ;)
Marlene29.06.2016
Yay! Thank you Brigitte! It takes practice, time and patience to not have wondering thoughts :) but start by not getting involved with the thoughts. Noticing that we have them and gently coming back to the present moment. <3 to you and your mom!
