Thank you Marlene, I return to this often, initially introduced to your techniques by the professional guidance of my Manual Lymphatic Drainage specialist body worker. Very helpful.

I loved the way this worked my wrists, arms and the connection to the shoulders after a day writing on the computer. At the end where we lean back I could feel my chest becoming open. In sitting meditation I felt like my spine is much longer. It's wonderful how it might look like you are only working the arms but the effect is felt in surprising ways. Thank you!

I loved it! <3 Would be nice to try sth similar for the calves and legs. I really need that and since this helps I feel eager to try it :)

It’s so fun to learn new kundalini sets with you Marlene. Thank you for continuing to share this work with us! I loved this one. Always a great upper body workout too.

Thank you Marlene, just curious is this practice a good cleansing practice for the lymph nodes in the neck? Seasonal allergies block my left ear and I am looking for ways to drain my lymph nodes.
Lianne12.05.2018
Thank you! I was just on this site 2 days ago looking for a lymphatic release session and now here it is!!! That helped so very much!!! Thank you! <3
jenny16.05.2018
Hi Marlene, this made a big difference to me thank you. The pose where you have your hands on your head, my right shoulder had a lot of popping!! Is this class ok to repeat regularly? ??
Marlene16.05.2018
Hi Jenny, actually this class is ok to do regularly. On the shoulder, make sure that you sit up tall and straight, and see how it feels afterwards. If you feel it is freeing the shoulder up, then you should be fine. However if you feel it is feeling irritated than you can lower your hands onto the shoulders with the elbows wide for instance as an alternative where you will still get an effect of the pose, but there will be no lifting of the shoulder and should not cause you inconvenience. Let me know how it goes. <3

This was much needed, thank you. Very intense, my shoulders and wrists are always the most tense parts of my body because of my work, so these exercises I usually find difficult, but always beneficial. What you said about relaxing to find energy is so true, I understand exactly what you mean. Thanks Marlene.xxx
Marlene18.05.2018
Thank you! It is always so good to hear that people find the classes useful! Love to you Ilse!

This class is so interesting and I come back to it from time to time. Sometimes it makes my hands tremble sometimes and and especially in the right arm on top of the left pose (usually the left hand more) what does this mean, if anything?
Alba22.08.2024
Dear Marlene, can I do this set being pregnant? thanks
TRACEY02.06.2018

thank you really enjoyed your class. May I ask why the arms straight? Would love a class that focused on legs too. Thank you! Dar
Marlene16.05.2018
Hi Darlene, great question. The arms should be straight because of the energy channels in the arms/ and armpits. This way we can really maximise the affect of the session on the flow of energy. <3
