Anna, I feel so much love. Love towards this class, love towards my own heart and the world. Thank you dearly from this lovingly warm and vibrating heart space of mine. This class was so needed. Currently, I have noticed how I close my heart as the vibe of this earth seems to get harsher by the minute and even though I didn‘t want to, I became more and more shallow in my centre. This class opened something and I will surely came back to it. It‘s only recently that I can do flows as I tended to become very dizzy. You are an amazing teacher and I am delighted to discover your other classes too. Have a beautiful day.
