Great tutorial! It's good to go back to the basics sometimes ... don't want to get too complacent in my practice. :) Thank you.

Excellent instructions! Wonderful practice! It was just what I needed this morning; to get a little back to my ujjayi breathing practice and feel it; just feel it. Thank you Joey.

I did it before going to bed. Nice experience. Ujjayi helps me to internalize and relax so quickly. Thank you Joey Miles. I like your way of communicating.

Thank you for sharing Joey. A number of teachers advise to focus on the out breath and say that the in breath will follow. I find the out breath so much easier to refine but am not sure that my in breath is as good quality.
