Foot work is my favorite. I'm a runner and have many miles and much impact on my feet and this sort of practice gives my feet the love they deserve. Great class!

HI Tsivia I am happy to hear that! I play with feet quite a lot in all of my classes...especially the first 3 classes...roll and rotate your spine, egyptian sun salutation and the true warrior class. This last one is a special focus on the feet. Thanks for tuning in ! Helen

Nice class Helen, pretty familiar with some of the exercises for the ankle, helps a lot when I front squat, but the one with the big toe that was horrible and painful but I liked it XD XD XD! You must be a dancer as well because I couldn’t tuck my toes like you did but I will be working on it by repeating this class and feel the marvelous rewards after the work. More classes like this please, the feet is our body roots and this is fascinating how the energy goes to the whole body. Also thanks for the quote, very powerful one. Mucho luv! ॐ

Hi Cal Great response and observations. The feet are integral to connect to the space behind the skin. Really happy you felt this deep connection. So my feet took time to open that’s for sure. I wish I was a dancer! It’s a practice I love though. I pretty much refer and practice with the feet in every class here on Ekhart. Thanks for taking the time comment and for tuning in. H ♥️

Hi Helen, I feel grateful that my feet responded very positively to the class and that I can easily move toes and fingers in both feet. Very happy with how they felt after each exercise, and of course some work still needs doing. Difficult to know how to do them often as the class is long, my guess is that you pick few and practice them as often as you can. Sequence around minute 25 was a definite no no…both left hip and right knee not happy at all, so I thought it was best to stop however good or beneficial it may be. I am learning that there is no benefit to me if I am not enjoying it because it is causing discomfort. Very grateful to your very inspiring practices. Tx

EXACTLY...PICK THE ONES YOU RESONATE WITH AND PRACTICE WHAT YOU CAN REMEMBER, REVISIT THE CLASS TO REFRESH YOUR MEMORY. I WILL ADD ANOTHER FOOT CLASS ONTO THESE EXERCISES IN MY NEXT BATCH OF CLASSES COMING SOON.
