In the Chinese 5 elements' tradition we recognise an extra season: late summer or Indian summer, the period between Summer and Autumn. In this class we move from this Indian summer to Autumn, working on all 4 meridian corresponding to the seasons: Spleen and Stomach for Indian Summer and Lung and large intestine for Autumn. This is a yin-yoga oriented class which contains Qigong exercises and pranayama.

Wonderful class Marcel, this was my first time practicing with you and I very much enjoyed it. I feel clear, light, and ready to release some unwanted baggage. I anticipate doing these seasonal classes as the needs arise so I wanted to ask, are these the type of class it is ok to repeat frequently?

Thank you Marcel! I have been enjoying Qigong exercises and all the combinatin of this class. Always happy to discover how many teachers of Eckart Yoga bring new things in their classes and always feel it it the right time for it.
