I came to the site to see if I could find a class that would soothe my weary feet, and voila!
Seems like this simple foot release will help with plantar fasciitis. Thank Lisa...super cool indeed!

Inversions are pretty nice for weary feet too Trisha. And yes this will help with plantar fasciitis (why could they have not made an easier spelling out of that one !?)

We're making each other smile Sarah. See my Supta Pada comment. That's a win win! Somatics, somatic yoga, yoga and somatics in any combination is also gold in my experience. Go for it.

Sarah26.01.2020
Hi Lisa, can you spill the beans on this please? I have had requests from my students for more stuff with feet, so really interested to know how this works. I can't remember it from the training, but just looked in my manual and its definitely there! Also any more foot specific stuff would be great. In fact any more somatics videos from you generally would be fabulous!! :) Sarah 🦶🦶 x
Sarah28.01.2020
Thanks Lisa, ooh I'll look up the lumbricals, can't wait for videos and must get some spiky balls. xx
Lisa27.01.2020
Hi Lovely, check out a group of muscles called lumbricals. They are the magic ingredient in this. I have had orgasm producing success with spiky soft balls for students who want foot work too. I'll be back this year new vids I promise!
