I really didn't know if I could do this practice, 37 minutes is sometimes pushing it for me. But I decided to just do it and do my best and WOW! I feel so detoxed both mentally and physically. Glad I didn't limit myself! Thank you!

To use the thighs like scissors to keep the balance was one of many good advices. :) I like also that you bind the spirituality to the movements. Donna:) If you press into your back foot it will relieve pressure on the knee. you are pressing down as IF YOU COULD lift your back knee off the floor but don't:) Hope this helps:):):)

this was great Jennilee ...a little too much indulgence at a reggae party...danced most off it out but this squeezing did the trick. Really liked your core work and bringing some Pilates into this...lots of navel to spine instructions were fantastic and I agree yeah now I get Cobra.....thank you grateful for your class today Katrina

Like everyone else, love the detail that allows me to stay aligned and in tune with where my body needs to be. One question: during the portion after seated cat/cow when we were turning rapidly right and left with arms aloft, I got a burning pain in my hip flexors, like they were working very hard. I tried to sit up on a blanket but it did not seem to help at all. Do you have any advice for getting those darn hip flexors to relax? Thanks again for your teaching!

Celia! Those darn hip flexors!!! Before doing seated work next time try a supported bridge (a block underneath the 5 fused bones of the sacrum) or supine constructive rest pose...both so good for releasing tensioning hip flexors. Then sitting might be easier:) You can also do that heart freeing exercise standing:)

Excellent instruction! I really liked the repetitions & I found it to be very good for my core. Shoulders too. I needed to release some stuff & the lotus mudra at the end was very powerful for me to open to the new. Thank you!
